A balm texture
O/W emulsion made with a low percentage emulsifier (Amisoft ® HS 11PF) coupled with an anionic emulsifier derived from vegetable oils (Evicare ® GSC pof ). This duo is associated with a consistency agent for a rich touch (Evicare ® GB). The emulsion is stabilized thanks to a diutan gum with a unique, non-sticky and non-film-forming feel (Kelco Care ™Diutan gum ) coupled with a sunflower vegetable wax and cetearyl alcohol.
A slippery slope
A highly stabilized canola oil (Lipex ™Bassol C ) and 100% traceable coconut oil (Akocare ™ Coconut RA SG ) provide slip.
A soft and light touch
A duo of emollients composed of a light ester silicon like (Schercemol ™DIS) and a melting and moisturizing emollient as an alternative to lanolin (Plandool ™G).
Soothed, plumped and rejuvenated skin

Process

In the main beaker, disperse Kelco Care ™Diutan gum in water, under stator rotor, 30 minutes at 3200 rpm, heating to 80 C for full hydration.

In a second beaker, weigh and heat phase B to 80 C. Introduce phase B into phase A, under rotor stator, for 5 minutes at 3200 rpm.

Ajouter la phase C sous agitation modérée à la défloculeuse, puis ajuster les pertes en eau. Sous agitation à la défloculeuse, ajouter la phase D à 40 C. Réajuster le
pH si besoin et conditionner à 30 C dans les pots.
