A creamy texture
Inverse emulsion with an optimised ratio of emollients. A light olive-derived ester (BergaCare FG Olive) is coupled with an ester that provides spreadability (Schercemol™ NGDO) and a highly stabilised canola oil (Lipex Bassol C™).
Soft, non-sticky feel

Optimised efficiency
Better dispersion of the UV filters is enabled by a light touch polar emollient (Eldew® SL 205) and a heavy film-forming ester with a long lasting effect (Lusplan™ DD DA7).

The little extra
Use of a co-emulsifier on a sucrose ester basis which reduces the fatty effect of the inverse emulsion (Sisterna® SP10-C).

Process

Weigh A in the main beaker, heat and shake to over 70°C.

Weigh B and add it under agitation to A (rotor stator 3200 rpm / 5 min).

Weigh C, adjust its pH to 7 and heat. Gradually add C to the main beaker with stirring at the rotor stator.

Weigh and add D and then E and F to the deflocculator. Continue shaking for about 30 minutes.
