Process

In the main beaker, introduce water at 85°C under a deflocculator, then the other ingredients of phase A. The Algogel® must be previously pasted in the glycerine.

Heat phase B to 85°C. Add B to A and homogenise for 5 minutes. Start cooling with medium stirring.

At about 50°C, add phase C under rotor/stator 1500 rpm. Adjust the pH to 5.5 using a 30% soda solution.
