NaturELLE Formula : Sun Oil

The formula of this sunscreen is easy to apply and lightweight for a second skin effect. Shake to mix the oil and UV filters before spraying for a smooth, non-sticky finish.

Product benefits

Fluid and sprayable texture
The main emollient is a light shea ester (Lipex SheaLight™) for a dry, silky feel. It is coupled with two emollients with excellent dispersing properties (Lusplan™ DD-DA7 & Eldew® SL-205).
Stabilised formula
Use of a corn-derived wetting agent with a satin finish (Glucate™ DO) to stabilise the formula. The oil is slightly thickened by a natural silica (Zeodent® 167) for better pigment stability.
Targeted SPF 30
Filtres minéraux « Non Nano » avec enrobage jojoba ester pour une meilleure dispersion.
Active
A fat-soluble biomimetic peptide (MelinOIL™) protects the skin from UVA and UVB damage.

Process

One Pot procedure.

Place the first 5 ingredients of the formula in a beaker. Mix until the mixture is homogeneous. Then, under a deflocculator, disperse the Zeodent 167 under strong agitation and maintain sustained agitation for at least 15 minutes to disperse the silica well. Then add the MelinOIL™ active ingredient. Mix for 5 minutes and add the UV filters. Mix under strong agitation for 10 minutes and introduce the perfume.
