Process

In the main beaker heat water + Kelco-Care Diutan gum previously dispersed in glycerin, add Oat Com ORG and hydrate 30 to 60 min at 60°C. Then add Amisoft HS-11P + Sisterna SP50-C and stir for 30 min at 75°C.

Introduce phase B previously heated to 80°C. Emulsify under stirring at the stator rotor for 10 min then add NaCl. Shake for 10 min at 3000rpm then let cool under deflocculator.

At 50°C introduce the active ingredients, homogenize for 10 minutes and add phase D.

At 40°C introduce phase E.
