EN FARINE /FARINE PREGELATINISEE :

• Nisco EPS : farine de pois extrudée et prégélatinisée. Nisco EPS possède une forte capacité d’absorption d’eau et a un pouvoir gélifiant à basse température.
• Nisco EP : farine extrudée de pois. Nisco EP possède une forte capacité d’absorption d’eau idéale pour des applications de substituts de viande en complément de la protéine texturée.

IN TEXTURED PROTEINS  

• Nisco TP55 : protéines texturées de pois (Protein rate = min.48%)
  Le Nisco TP55 apporte de la mache, une texture tendre et fibreuse, avec un goût neutre en bouche.
• Nisco TPI : protéines texturées de pois enrichi (Taux protéique = entre 60% et 80%).
  La gamme Nisco TPI apporte une plus grande fermeté que le Nisco TP55 avec un goût neutre en bouche.
