After extensive research to better understand the perception of bitterness, Firmenich's R&D departments evaluated the most effective molecules to develop a range of masking agents specific to the bitterness of drugs.
Their effectiveness has been verified by sensory panels. This technology works in combination with classic flavors and allows you to develop a product that suits the tastes of each target population.
Placebo formula made with caffeine whose content has been adjusted to reach the level of bitterness observed with a 3% concentration of paracetamol EP special grade for syrup.
