Gender Equality Scale 2019
Unipex obtains an index of 78/100 for the year 2019 calculated on the following expected criteria:
- Pay gap
- Difference of individual increases
- Percentage of employees increased upon return from maternity leave (not applicable in our case)
- Number of employees of the under-represented sex among the 10 highest paid.
Unipex had calculated its index as soon as the law was published and already largely met the criterion in 2018. On the other hand, the Company notes an unfavorable bias that can be induced by dynamic variable compensation based on objectives.
