Sauce for meat dishes

 

  1. In a saucepan, heat the tomato pulp, water, cider vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, ProBase™ Beef Broth and ProBase™ Beef Fat over low heat.
  2. Add Savorboost® V, Savourex DC001PK, cumin, oregano, CulinairEx V0001PK, paprika, pureed garlic, Savourex BX002P, Lactosan Smoked Cheese Mix, starch, sugar and Lactosan Stilton
  3. Stir well and melt well.
  4. Add the coriander, corn, kidney beans, diced red onion and roasted yellow pepper.
  5. Stir gently until the desired texture is achieved.
  6. Dose into jars, cap and carry out a sterilisation cycle in an autoclave.
