Thai broth


  1. In a saucepan, fry the leek, carrot and diced onion until lightly coloured
  2. Add water
  3. Add Probase™ Beef Broth, cloves, coriander, cayenne, salt, lemongrass, sugar, mashed garlic, CulinairEx HZ002PK and CulinairEx VO001 PK.
  4. Bring to a gentle simmer and then turn off the heat.
  5. Leave the ingredients to infuse for 1 hour before straining the broth.
  6. Dose in bottle.
