Anti-inflammatory and antirheumatic products

• Budesonide is a synthetic glucocorticoid, a glucocorticosteroid with a strong local anti-inflammatory effect.
• White or almost white crystalline powder. Pratically insoluble in water, freely soluble in methylene chloride, sparingly soluble in ethanol
• At clinically equivalent doses of systemic glucocorticosteroids, budesonide causes significantly less inhibition of the HPA axis and has less influence on inflammatory markers.
