Duloxetine is a serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor antidepressant.
Its an inhibitor of both serotonin (5-HT) and norepinephrine (NA) reuptake. It weakly inhibits dopamine reuptake and has no significant affinity for histamine, dopamine, cholinergic and adrenergic receptors.
