- L-arginine is an acid-amine obtained by fermentation, extraction or hydrolysis of proteins. It ensures a good cardiovascular circulation.
- White crystals or cristalline powder. Freely soluble in water and in formic acid and it's pratically insoluble in ethanol. Dissolves in dilute hydrochloric acid and it shows hygroscopic.
- From l-arginine, the body metabolizes nitric oxide, a substance that promotes blood vessel dilation, and creatine, a non-essential nutrient associated with muscle development and function.
