• Repaglinide is an antidiabetic molecule of the glinide class.
• A white or almoste white powder. Pratically insoluble in water, freely soluble in methanol and in methylene chloride.
• It binds to the potassium channels of beta cells of the islets of Langerhans resulting in increased insulin secretion.
