Creamy aqueous texture
Konjac gum (Propol RS-C) and colloidal oatmeal (Oat COM ORG) obtained from the core and bran of oats form a translucent gel. It is stabilized by a diutan gum (Kelco-Care Diutan Gum) with a unique feel.
Easy spreading
A fluid water-soluble emollient makes it slippery to spread and solubilizes the perfume (Neosolue Aqua-S).
Enhanced activity
A humectant (Prodew 600) with a composition close to NMF is associated with a polysaccharide from a freshwater algae (Sacran) which provides a film-forming effect for optimal hydration.
Active
A core of silicon combined with low molecular weight hyaluronic acid (EPIDERMOSIL SC), for a regenerating and hydrating anti-aging effect as an alternative to surgery.

Process

In a container heat water to 60°C. Introduce under strong agitation the mixture prepared in advance of Glycerin + Propol RC-S. Leave under agitation for 60 minutes to hydrate the Propol RS-C. Add Oat COM ORG while maintaining a temperature between 30°C and 60°C. Add NaCl and cool to 30°C. Homogenize for 10 min at 3000 rpm with a rotor-stator. Add Kelco-care Diutan gum.

Once the gel is smooth and homogeneous, continue by introducing phase B.

Then add phase C previously heated to 35°C. Mix for 10 min at 3000rpm with a rotor-stator. And finally adjust the pH to 5.5.
